These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Planta website and your membership, bookings, and access to our facilities. By using our website or visiting the club, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Membership & Accounts
Some features, including court bookings and member pricing, require an account or an active membership. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your login secure, and for all activity that takes place under your account.
2. Bookings & Court Access
Court reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment or a valid membership is applied. Please arrive on time, as sessions may start and end as scheduled regardless of late arrival.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session start time for a full credit. Cancellations made within 24 hours, or no-shows, may be charged in full. Membership fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Payments & Pricing
Prices for memberships, sessions, and clinics are shown at the time of booking and may change over time. Recurring memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You authorise us to charge your selected payment method for any fees you incur.
5. Club Rules & Conduct
All members and guests are expected to follow club rules, respect staff and other players, and use equipment and facilities responsibly. We may suspend or revoke access for behaviour that is unsafe, abusive, or repeatedly disruptive.
6. Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk
Padel is a physical activity that carries inherent risks of injury. You confirm that you are fit to play and participate at your own risk. Please follow all safety guidance and inform staff of any condition that may affect your participation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Planta is not liable for any indirect or incidental loss, or for personal injury or loss of property except where caused by our negligence. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, and continued use of our website or facilities means you accept the updated terms.
